About me – Bernadette Anderson/Chiles
- Grew up in a lovely small town in Northern Ireland
- Moved to England at 20 to start my Art and Design Foundation Course in Doncaster
- Did my Contour Fashion degree (Swimwear/Lingerie) at Leicester Polytechnic (De Montfort University).
- Worked freelance for two years creating one off pieces for clients.
- Moved into Art and Design Teaching and was a Head of Dept for over 20 years.
- Whilst teaching spent the last 8 years developing my underwear business.
- In 2017 moved back to Northern Ireland with my husband to set up my business full time.
- The name of my brand is my married name – Anderson/Chiles. Anderson is my surname and Chiles is my husbands.
